I glad you all enjoy, it was really such a beautiful but strange day, like the odd color before a thunderstorm. No storms. 25F

Sunrise is about 10am Spritz. Its light still doesn't quite hit the house. But its real close.

It was really incredible, and unusual FC. I have seen this here before, but I don't know that its strange color continued into the day.

How many hours of daylight have you got now, Gt?

25 Jan, 2009

We've about 4 1/2 or 5. Building quick, its shining in my window for 20 minutes, and that is all it takes for me. Spring is on!

Do people get S.A.D. over there, or do they learn to live with it?

25 Jan, 2009

Theres a lot of SAD. Alot of us just deal, we all go into a moody slow motion through the winter. It bores visitors out of their minds....lol. Some people have their vitamin D lights, I have my sodium lamp. People scoff about SAD yet they are first to deem strange behavior 'cabin fever'....go figure. :-)

Ha, my best friend kept saying she had SAD the other day. Funny, I had GLAD...glad we're moving through the winter and we'll be done of it sooner than later! But this is a spectacular sky you've shown us. Mother Nature works in mysterious ways, and although there must be some scientific theory for the way the light changes in different colors, I do think the power of the universe and nature really shows itself in the colors and beauty that is presented to us. Really spectacular!

That is a beautiful red this is the first time I've seen such a pure colour in the sky.
