This is the work of the little mole before he headed off towards Arlene! There are molehills all around the seat and I wouldn't risk sitting on it (particularly when its frosted).

This will be like my back garden next summer. I don't mind the moles, its the mice that move in after the moles have left that get me.

Yes, it does look like the seat and bike could suddenly sink underground !
I guess mice would love the tunnels left by the moles. Ready-made metro system :o)

Our old dog Barney ( no longer with us ) use to know if there was a mole still there by sniffing and he did at times scrap and catch the one there !
