Do you keep all these in a conservatory ?

No - this one and the 'brown' one are in a bowl in the bathroom (under a velux window in lots of light), the others are just on window ledges.

Ah ha ..Hywel keeps some of his in the bathroom , we were worried that they would fall on him ... LOL.. it seems to be a popular place for them !

Ah ha Amy! The velux window has a very deep inset under it - a flat area - so nothing can fall off! I hope Hywel's are safe! It doesn't bear thinking about having a cactus landing on your head!

Oooo. Prickly!! That would certainly wake you up if it fell on your head.

I have to be careful they don't fall on me when I'm having a bath. lol

Are the spines on top of little protuberances. ?
It looks like a Mammillaria.

Cool looking cactus, very healthy.

Well, they were there when we got here and have thrived there for the last 4 years!
