Front garden

My front garden is a decent size..the soil is heavy clay so i have mixed in compost and sand to help drainage, since moving here 5 months ago i have planted shrubs perennials and summer flowers so it's looking quite tidy at the moment, unfortunatly i have to take hours out just to keep up with the weeding each week due to the gardens being neglected for what seem's quite a few years but im quite happy with my progress.

I planted Berberi at the base of the front wall partly for some privacy and all year round colour..
i also planted 3 choisya gold finger shrubs between me and the neighbours goegeous colour for all year round then i put in 3 Photinia pallettes one of my favourite shrubs they are !they are evergreeen and have stunning leaf colour and pink berries in autumn .
