So, you all requested I let you know when I decided what I was going to do about decorating Leif's stuff ... here it is! I thought it would be better to decorate his play area instead of his cage. I got an unfinished wooden boat; painted it; screwed in all the perches, the swing, and the captain's wheel (which, yes, does turn!); filled the little drawer with toys and goodies, and bought these adorable little Viking men for Leif to play with!

Min Gott, Taffy, utmerket! De har gjort sa mye arbeid pa denne. Jeg haper at Leif er glad med baten! (sorry, can't miss a chance to use a lingo (Norwegian, in this case) which I spent 10 years studying - wish I had a Scandinavian keyboard, though! - OMG, Taffy, excellent! You've done so much work on this. I hope that Leif is very happy with his boat! (I know he will be). Thanks so much for the pics! Best Wishes!
