Yucca gloriosa 'Variegata' - 1
Will it, won't it? This yucca waits until October before trying to throw up a flower spike. Then it becomes a race before the plant opens the buds or the frost kills them. So far, the plant has won about 50% of the time. One year it cheated and flowered in May!
