Lol...false hope I fear! I have a feeling this will be a cold winter...up here anyway. There are photos of snowy scenes in our local paper today, and the weather has gone cold and clear.

had them a few years now... I bought a collection of snowdrop bulbs from "Walkers bulbs" going cheap at the garden center in a very nice box and this was one of them ... so I have a few various different varieties but names I havnt a clue ?

Yes I have noticed the same on ebay Gnarly gnome only because I read in the news a few years back one bulb went for £7.000 so I look now just to see the different types.

Athenae is not one I have, suggest you put another picture on showing the inside of the bloom I may have a better Idea from that,the outer petals of yours appear more pointed at the tip than Athenae. whatever it is very attractive and welcome at this time of year.
