Nearly there I've had about 6 flowers or stalks eaten/damaged by slugs and look to have black things on the flowers not sure if black fly, keeps producing flowers though, have another two buds growing also at the back, it's a shame.

I cut down the finished flower stems today. Hoping for another flush!

I must admit I have left them think I was hoping slugs would eat those instead of new ones, but have had loads of flowers. There are 3 plants in there the one at front is bigger and had most flowers but I have about 4 flowers coming on my smaller one at the back :-))

better than last year though Daylily , if they are getting aphids you are over feeding them ...

I haven't fed them Gg there was manure dug in but that was a couple of years ago, so not sure, I have 2 more coming I will be highly honoured if they make it ;-))

I have found that Ants like to lurk at the base of the foliage ... :o(
