After 3 years my Daphne has little buds.

We don't have much success with Daphne's!
I like them very much and on GoY I was advised to try a Daphne Odora.
I am so pleased with it, and am glad it that it has made it so far. Thank you very much for your help.

They do take some time to settle down, then they grow pretty fast, they do not like being moved! which I found out to my cost!! your plant looks as if it has now settled down, judging by the amount of buds on it!
