Glad to hear you had a lovely relaxed Christmas, ours is always hectic, although I only had to cook on Boxing Day for 10, our eldest daughter always has us over on Christmas Day so thoroughly spoiled...

I do love the company, DD, but this year it was spread out over the days so more relaxed & I was treated out on Xmas eve, then leading up to NY we have plenty cold beef, salads, salmon etc so nice & easy for us & any other callers.

This NY will be only the 2nd time in 52 years of marriage that we won't be out at a party or entertaining, so a quiet night in with the OH.....has to be done lol
