Digitalis 'Leopardskin' (Digitalis)

Spotted this at a nursery a few weeks ago, very long flowering 4-5 months apparently, thought I'd have to wait till next year for flowers so really surprised when it sent up two flower spikes.

That will be brilliant if it flowers for that long, shame the common foxglove doesn't last long. I have a foxglove in flower though and a lupin, weird

Hope it still flowers in spring Dawn, can't see it lasting that long now once it turns cold, it is strange isn't it no lupins here but a couple of hellebores in full flower.

And quoted as perennial. Report back next year.
