What do you use it for Kat and how do you prepare it ?

I use it as lavender (dried bouquets), but mostly as infusion for tea. It is a very good tea when somebody has pneumonia or angina. So winter tea, I would say.

Herbal garden? In New York City? Maybe one of those roof top gardens.

There is myth all around the world, that everything is in New York, lol. I am sure, there are herbal gardens there, as well.
