Thanks Shirley..They were in a pack of seeds Thomas sowed in his pot last year,so I kept some..these two,a pink and a white, were the only ones that survived ! Lol The fence colour is called Sage..just recently been repainted after 13 years..same colour :o)

Thank you Rose..I'm pleased with the trough this year, but I think most peoples were slow to get going, weren't they? anyway, they got there eventually..:o) x

Yes ,he has Shirley..and the small white Daisy ,back right, came through the winter, which was in his pot..do you know the name of it.by any chance ? He still has a pot of his own, with some more that came through the winter too,and I don't remember what they are either ! There are no flowers on them yet,but I might ask on Questions :o)

They look so pretty. The wall container is beautifully camouflaged!

Thank you Chris, they just seemed to take off all of a sudden. I omitted to say,the Fuchsia 'Lena'.in the centre ,is a cutting from a gifted one from Steragram,to replace one I lost after many years..also there are two small Antirrhinums at the back, from seeds gifted last year from Amy..all I bought are the Lobelia..:o))

That's so pretty Sandra. I know what you mean about things taking ages to get going this year, but this arrangement was well worth the wait. I've only grown Godetias once from seed and found it almost impossible to thin out the seedlings so well done you!

Thank you Julia..now,about the Godetia ! Lol When they flowered last year, from the 39p packet from Aldi..the ones you also got for Freya,I believe? I was told they were probably Clarkia..so dutifully wrote that on the label, when planting the seeds this year. Carole looked at the first flower, when they came over, and said they were definitely Godetia Lol...and I had no problem at all thinning the seedlings,as only these two germinated ! Lol xx

Didn't grow any with Freya Sandra, but we did grow Clarkia together. If only two germinated the display you got fro then is fantastic!

Wild guess of Chamomile for the white daisy?

Oh,I thought you got some for Freya last year, sorry,my mistake..Do Clarkia look similar,Julia..? I don't know why I thought that's what these were.. duh !

Thanks Shirley, that's something to go on,as I have no idea..I'll check it out :o)

No nothing like Sandra, they (Clarkia) have long stems with small clusters of flowers along the stem.
