Mine must come back from seed. even the foliage of this plant is pretty. Mine is only a foot or so tall at this point and the blossom is white but it lines the margins of the forest and likes wet spots and makes a wonderful show.

Lori so do I take it that it is a wild native of Canada.?
mine is white but the name lacks the R in it not sure which is correct without looking it up.
