I'm not really a fan of bergenias, but I must admit that close up they are lovely flowers. I had a few carnations left after the other flowers, tulips and hyacinths had died. I cut them short and went scouting in my garden for something pretty. I found forget-me-nots, geums and this bergenia. I had tried to dig it out of my tiny bog garden a couple of years ago, but it persists:-)
