Well done, Klahanie. A bit far to visit from Canada tho! Have you heard of the old song " Tulips from Amsterdam"?
Also there has recently been a BBC program "Great British Garden Revival" celebrating what is left of UK commercial Tulip growing.

Hb, Yes it was, we went last week of April 2012, the flowers were fabulous, weather not so. We also saw the flower parade a couple of days earlier, but not from outside Keukenhof gardens because the roads were clogged with traffic on parade day!
