I'm not sure why a couple leaves colored up pre-maturely. This is my Red Sunset Maple tree. Does anybody have insight as to why this happens? I would appreciate your input. Thanks :)

uhh, Waddy, I shudder at the thought. I'm still thawing out from last winter, LOL. But we haven't had any cold weather yet.

I might be caused by low temperature. Is it in a cold spot maybe ?

Temps are normal for late summer 80s - 90sF, Full sun. Tree seems healthy and robust.

I'm sorry I can't think of any sensible reason why the leaves have started to change so early... But I do love the autumnal colours... ;o)

Well the leaves really haven't started to change yet. It's a little too early. Only a couple leaves turned for some reason, I don't know why
