Aloe Preservation is a GO!
I put an arm of my aloe plant in the refrigerator to see if it would keep it fresh until a time when I would need it, and you can see that it still looks great! The end turned brown and closed in on itself (not shown here--I tore it off!), and I think that's what helped to keep it fresh.
