The "Empress of India' is always purple leaves and scarlet flowers, although the blooms on these are a little more orange than I am used to. There is a more regular nasturtium type next to them, small but green. Our peak is coming late this year, I'm hoping at least open flowers on everyone before first frost.

looks like you have a raspberry and an oenothera growing beside...that purpleness in the leaves of the nasturtium I remember well...it was a symptom of cold stress... Your arctic summer must be just peaking about now right? You have a lovely little garden going! Congrats!
