Hi splange15. If I had to choose just one variety of tulip to plant in my garden it would be Angelique. You won't be disappointed, they are stunning.

The look like roses. Some else has also recommended Angelique. I hope I can locate some bulb next fall.

I hope you can too Nancym. Angelique are reasonably easy to get hold of over here but I don't know about Canada.
As for The English Garden mag, you should be able to get a copy over there - it's worth hunting for one, it's a great article with stunning photos. Good luck!

I have just planted some of these after seeing them on Gardeners World a few weeks age,and seeing yours reminded me to buy some! I can't wait to see them out.
