Yes Ams, she's a handful ,...lol. She will walk out in front and me and then flop down on the ground on her back and start rolling from side to side, making these sweet little meows until I pet her.That's what she was doing in this picture. If I rub her belly she will latch hold of my wrists and playfully bite my knuckles and take her back legs and run them up and down my forearms as you described. Luckily she's careful not to bring blood....lol.
