This specimen needs careful handling – when taking out of pot do not let it get to much sun – as overheating spoils the taste keeping in the shade and keep chilled at least a few days before tasting - remove the cap carefully to avoid upsetting the gas then find quiet spot and enjoy – I never have a problem getting this - you find it at most stores and very cheap!
