Thanks Gralew, love it, must have had one of these plants in the garden for over 20 years, OH just takes cuttings and replaces when they get old and shabby....

Gralew that would be fun!! Wildrose I do like yellow and mauve together in the garden......
Scottish is it the soil or the situation they do not like?

The soil DD2 - too moist! I have tried a few time, they last for a few weeks then the wilted look begins!
If/When I ever get round to doing the front garden, they may do well there - I've had gladioli bulbs survive there the last 3 years so it must be well drained enough!
