That is a beautiful colour - I've never seen one quite like that before - they tend to come in neon colours, which are a bit overwhelming as far as I'm concerned.

Strange you should post this photo as I have a plant of the same colour! I thought I'd lost it but I discovered it in the kitchen window, tucked in amongst the Amaryllis! I have several plants of the bright pink flowers that have been flowering for most of November.

An unusual one and I like the colour of the foliage too.

I`m really pleased with it, it was a tiny little thing given to me from my daughters plant, I have some that I`ve been growing for years but they never flower for me, this one obviously likes the dining room window, after xmas I`m moving my big ones into the same place and see if I can encourage them to flower as well, lol.......

Mine spend almost their entire lives in the kitchen window which faces south west so they get lots of sunshine - when we get any! They have also been inn the same tiny pots for years. They do however get some tomato fed in the summer when I feed my other plants that share the same windowsill. They are rather neglected most of the time & can become bone-dry during a week of sunny weather during the summer. Nevertheless they bounce back & only overwatering is likey to kill hem - something I again know from experience!

I have two huge, very healthy, ones in our downstairs closet which is at the front of our house, the sun never reaches there until evening even in midsummer, thats why after xmas I`m makng room the other side of the house even if I have to try them on my bedroom window ledge Balcony, the one in the pic is glorious at the moment....

Perhaps if I paid more attention to mine they would also get bigger but then where would I put them? As you no doubt know the leaves break off very easily. They also root very easily. I just can't let them get much bigger I'm afraid.
