Hedychium coronarium
A white ginger flower I discovered in my "jungle", just following my nose. It's very sweet smelling, almost like jasmin. It has a soft, fragile flower, lasting a few days. Grows on medium sized single stems. Common name: butterfly ginger.

Wow....., finally a plant I can grow in my yard too ! I have several different cultivars of Hedychium and the hummingbirds love it.
