I took a photo of the hills nearby this morning, covered in pink wild flowers ...before the rain set in. I had to take the photo through the window screen of a moving car, as it is on a highway & prohibited to stop. Hope it comes out, as the hillside looked stunning. Will load the photo onto my main computer & if it is not blurred, will post tonight.

Sandra, I know the yellow lupin which grows wild on the hills, is sort of woody. Not sure about these.

i have had a shruby yellow one with a wonderful fragrance. these look more herbaceous and are just magnificent...
