I was surprised to see the tiny flower buds on ours today too.

I would have thought you would be ahead of us W/Rose?

These are all out all facing south.

So are most of ours!!! Weather has been awful down here and there has been so little sunshine - about 5 hours in two weeks I bet!

Mine are almost ready for flowering too..love them :o)..I don't think its necessarily a sign of autumn,more like the perfect growing conditions with all this rain...everything seems to have grown huge this year..just my theory...

just found mine ~ with buds but not as far out as this.

the one in my garden didn't flower last year - this year it's looking better, healthier - so fingers crossed:)

Mine show no sign of flower spikes yet;that one is lovely.
