It does look like a stunning lathyrus that Meanie had on last year Amy...have a look at his photos. I think he offered me some of these seeds but I didn't have room. Just as well because everything I've grown from seed this year from meanie has been terribe..not meanie's seeds, our blooming cold weather!!

I found it Karen .. it is Lathyrus Sativus Azureus which is what Slad has said ... Meanie obviously put the wrong name on the package , never mind I'm very happy with these .....

Aren't they fantastic? Sollya has a much darker blue flower and a shrubby habit...well, mine did anyway! :D

Not only did I put the wrong name on the packet, but as I recall you had to pay the Post Office extra for the delivery as the huge size of Lathyrus seeds requires a special delivery technique!!!!!

Problem solved ! it's deffinately a Lathyrus Sativus Azureus , i've changes it's name .....

LOL yes keith , never mind alls well that ends well , perhaps it's just as well that you didn't receive the bumper package of Lathyrus plants I sent you ... you probably didn't want them anyway !! ;o)
