No she does not meow at all, she as learned how to make a funny squeeky noise if i dont notice she needs something, but then its a very faint sound she makes, bless her.

Our cat couldn't meow Carol , she had damage to her vocal chords but she sure could snore as she got older , it seemed very strange hearing it after silence for so long ..........

Its ashame they can't meow is'nt it, but on saying that it sure does not hold her back :))
