First bloom of my Magnolia (Magnolia)

This is the first time It blooms.
I found out that there is a lot of different types of Magnolias, would someone help with the name of this one?

Thanks Sheila, the Hibiscus is very flowerish this year, I have this plant for many years, and this summer there are days where i canf find more than 5 open at same time...the Hibiscus planted on streets in our city also have a very proliferous blooming this season.
The temperature is around 81F or 20ÂșC.

Thanks Delonix, for some reason this kind of hibiscus had the flower petals all cut like a lace, but it became more flat with the years.

The Hibiscus outside in the streets keep the laced petals.
Do you have any explanation for this?

Maybe they grow differently because of the higher light levels outside in full sun. They grow like the photo in the link outside here, too.

I saw a large one yesterday in an empty lot, which was in full bloom. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo.
