I only saw "common" birds to list such as blackbirds, and collared doves ...

... but I saw 8 sparrows and there are more than that number of sparrows around on some days, so that's good news...

Gosh, I am surprised at how many people have never seen one. They aren't uncommon here, although to see four at one time is a real blessing (see blog). They are really beautiful though and I hope you see one soon DD!
