Scutellaria altissima.
I first saw this plant at an 'open garden' but the owner didn't know what it was. Nobody on GOY did, either! Today I found it at the Garden Centre! Hooray!

It made me feel quite triumphant to find out what it was! If I ever go back to that open garden, I shall be able to tell the owner what it is!!!!! (She will probably take umbrage and close at once) ;-)
