It seemed that this Blanket Flower was alive this afternoon as the sun reveiled what looked like blood pumping through her veins.

These are the most vibrant flowers...their colour is warm and bright...my first gaillardia came from another source...I thought it was rudbeckia and was ready to pull it out as I have more than enough rudbeckia...but noticed a difference in the bud...When it blossomed I decided it was a keeper and went out and bought some seeds..lol.
