My pond August 2011

Every plant you see here (excluding the trees) was planted on 28th March this year. I wanted to see how quickly a new border could be established.
All the plants were grown on my own plant nursery . Altogether I planted about 60 perennials around the pond and in a 60 foot long crescent shaped border behind the pond . The cost to me was about £8.
To buy the same sized plants at retail prices would cost I guess £100-150
