Seed sown in a cold frame 13.7.2011 for planting out in the spring. This is an old packet of seeds which should have been sown by 6/2005. It was unopened. I hope they will grow for me. There are 2400 seeds in the packet

It is Drc. I am quite excited. I would not have thought of planting HHA at this time of year but the packet says from July to September in a cold frame so 2 x fingers crossed. Of the 48 lupin seeds I planted on the 4th of July 8 are already 1"high. Several look like they are pushing up the soil ready to break through, the wallflower seeds are shooting away and that leaves only the Aquilegia still to come through. It is all very exciting.
