I hate to say this .....Fantastic picture! Did you take it? Tell all, when did you go? I've thought often of going there $¦:-)

i would like to go there too
i heard it was very crowded, i fancy going on eurostar ~ shall we all go?
i came across 'coach trip' the other day ~ wondered if thats what it would be like on a GoY trip!!??

18 Feb, 2011

Try going in September, Sticki . . . that's when we went a few years ago, and it wasn't crowded.

Now that is what I call a pond!!!

Went by Coach Ba, Riviera Trips, but I think Archers and Cosmos do it too, combined with Chartres Cathedral and Chateaux of the Loire..I put some pics on Places to Visit. Cost £399 or £499, cant quite remember, about June 2008.

Yes, DD would love a garden with this in it!! But its more like my garden would fit inside it with something to spare

Sticki, good idea of yours this Goy trip ...get Tet to organise it...she's very good at that sort of thing:-)

25 Feb, 2011

25 Feb, 2011

No, no no! Its Ba thats the travel agent not me..I just look after the drinks cabinet!

25 Feb, 2011

But Tet, you're so good at organising this sort of thing and B.A.Travel is on hold for a while:-)

Yes I did DD, it was a stunning spot, despite not seeing the wisteria..Its quite a big place, but could spend half the day just walking around the lake..which we didnt have time to do!
