I agree with jacque... colour is great...what does the bud look like?

Well I'm not sure how to describe it Lori. It's basically a closed version of the daisy like flower, nothing unusual. They open in sun and close quickly when it gets cloudy.

I thought it might be Salsify, Chris. the bud is quite distinctive and different from daisies.
