lovely garden. Cosmos are one of my favourite flowers. Welcome to GOY. I lived in Bradford from 1964 to 1979 near Thackley,then Frizinghall and then Greengates. My mum still lives off Bolton Rd.

I love Yorkshire. I used to cycle up to 65 miles a day around the yorkshire dales in my youth. I know this is very unlikely but you're not the Jeannie who used to work in school health in Keighley are you? I worked with her many years ago and she lived in bronte country

Thank you Karensusan, time moves on and my little garden is losing some of its colour, I have planted some new winter pots and had a new fence fitted so we move on from year to year.

Yes Jeannie and I can't believe how much my garden has changed since joining GOY!! I have really been inspired by everyone on here and although I have to admit I have spent more money this year than ever before on the garden....it has really come on as a result! Mind you, I do come on here most days so it's not surprising I've become ever so slightly obsessed! It was supposed to be a winter activity! ha ha ha! :)
