There is a climbing rose called Summertime...
yellow centres and paler at the edges...

You can just about see it on my latest blog, next to Rose Warm Welcome on the trellis....
oops, sorry no it is on the left out of camera shot... but this looks a bigger flower ?

PS. You can see Rose Summertime on my photo of 14th Oct. 2009... the pic is of bird feeders and was taken during the summer of 2009....

It does depend on what type of Rose it is Cristina?....it could be a climber
or a rambler, you have not mentioned, what type it is...Although, it
is a gorgeous colour, outstanding, `such a treasure to have in the garden..

it is a climber lol it starts to go pale pink as it dies of , i got 1 and have 3 more from cuttings . but lost the label , its very pretty flowers a few times thanxs every 1 4 there tt i will look x

It reminds me of Golden Showers Cristina...I grew it years ago...though I don't remember it turning pink later.............

tt u are right its called summertime just went out to look 4 label and found it woooooooooooooooo lol and i have 4 new roses from it( cuttings ). janey have just got golden showers as well new this month to go over the pergola
