Thanks to each of you. Yes I agree with your ID. Also found a good Clematis web site whilst checking out. Its called www.clematis.de/
I think it is an Austrian or maybe German grower the site has excellent photos of a myriad of clematis, thanks again Nancym and Mikec name now added.
