Hellebore Argutifolius (Hellebore argutifolius)

Didn't think this would flower this year, very badly flattened by the snow, but after a bit of staking surprised me with loads of flowers.

This is a lovely one rather huge though, nust be 3ft tall by 3-4ft across more like an evergreen shrub and seems to prefer a really sunny spot, planted some seedlings in the wood and they haven't done very well, unlike this one, seeds around prolificly too.

Nice Kathy, mine like seeding on the gravel drive. Do you get brown leaves? I've cut a few off mine, I guess its due to the hard Winter.
