Great that you have wrens in your little box. We get a wren in the garden. He goes around all the plants searching for the minutest of insects. They are so lovely to watch as they flit about.

It's lovely, quite idyllic. No action in my new birdbox yet.....I think shrubs need to grow a bit. Maybe next year!

Thanks Karensusan....this was put here last summer and yet they havent toughed the other one that I put up at the same time. Just eagerly watching and waiting now, The male doesnt seem to come back that often, only maybe 2 or 3 times a day, but I did go onto another bird site last evening which says that they do build several nests but they do have several females sitting on eggs at the same time. Some might say lucky boy, but I think dirty little b******r......lol But that could be the reason he isnt around much, trying to keep too many women happy....
