Is this Hemlock Sal?

No, angelica- it can be eaten as a veg or the stems candied for use on cakes. Mad biannual, grows to arouns 7' but looks very structural and the insects (and birds, when it seeds) love it.
mmm, I hope it is, anyhow- I'll try it out on my husband ;)
