This looks delicious. Good old corned beef eh. I can remember my mum making corned beef hash, and spam fritters.

Ooh spam fritters not had them for years , very tasty if I remember rightly!

Soon be making pancakes...that's come around quick again....I must be aging fast........

Savoury pancakes are nice if you don't like the sweet ones. Add some cheese or sweetcorn and tuna to the cooked pancakes.
