It doesnt look real does it?
Hardy???
All the books will tell you different but We have no trouble with it being hardy in our garden (Cheshire)
We grow it in a well drained perennial border and it has been there for 3 years and getting bigger clump every year. It gets plenty of wind and rain but it is free draining.
It flowered well from the first year.
Last winter was very cold and wet and we had no problem.
This is one of those plants I think that due to global warming we are able to have but werent able to grow before.:)
