Thank you for the comments Chris you sound home sick . In Hungary now? Sure your hydrangea will soon take off pretty tough although flowering years can vary.

Lovely English cottage. I can't wait to see whether my Hydrangea Petiolaris gets to this size. It's only 1 year old.
