Youngdaisydee - they are known for their hardiness and will tolerate full sun if they are very well watered. In this parkland there's a misting system throughout the Ferny Grove as well as the watering system - so they get very well-watered.

You're welcome DD - it's one thing to say they can reach 30 feet but it's another when you can actually see them. Glad the photos gave you a clearer idea.
