I was weeding and looked up - to my surprise, the blossom is nearly out!

This tree is so old that it's propped up on a stone wall! It still produces apples but they are not edible now. I have a climbing rose through it - Zephirine Drouhin. I am very glad to hear about your new trees, I am quite sure you will be able to eat your apples! All that mine are fit for are for the blackbirds to eat and for throwing for Henry to chase!
