About me

We have a 2 acre plot with an English Heritage monument occupying half of it. EH protection means we can't plant anything that will put down deep roots so the garden is wide open to the East. There is a good stone wall to the North and we grow vegetables and roses alongside it. In front of the house there are roses and azaleas. The patio, which faces South East is the only bit of garden with enough shelter to attempt annuals.
