Here in Hampshire too. I was working in a plastic tunnel which made it sound even worse, It is still drizzling nowat 6.30.

I just went outside for a quick look around, while the rain stopped, i picked up a bucket of slugs and snails, that was 8.30, I really dont know were the little blighters come from, lol

Here too in Powys, all day it's been a fine but heavy drizzle. Finally stopped this evening. All plants and flowers laden with water and drooping. Slugs and snails....everywhere tonight when I got home from visiting my children! Really too late to tackle them!

aye Pepperpot , it doesnt look like it will stop raining anytime soon .
at a loss today as to what i can do, all my plans are out the window now due to the weather, house is clean and even the ironing is done lol.

Sunshine GONE! just hered on radio weather going to be very changable, but its still very warm, We have the balloon fest, starting tomorrow,Don't know it any will be going up, I think i mite go to garden centre, just to see if anything reduced, i,m the same as you all washing, ironing and housework done, I get wait to get back to work, roll on 1st september, Ho guess wot my 18yr old son just arrived home from hoilday in spain, ho joy of joy more washing LOL, look forward to hereing from you, I could always get one of his sunshine photos,
